Hope we all can participate in this exciting event. It's definately a good experience. This is organised by the Toa Payoh Guitar Club (http://www.tpguitar.org/) . They are quite Zai can.. So the plan is after the promos and quickly after CJC open house, we will have intensive practice. (I know some who are juz dying for practices. Hees, so am I) Note: you get Enrichment Credits for this. =D

Okay, i need you people to tell me what songs you would like to play for this event. Keep in mind that it is quite a grand event but also there'll be many youths attending.

step 1: Go search for song/ juz decide what you like
step 2: take up ur phone/ turn on your computer
step 3: sms Karen or wee meng your ans/ Tag on tagboard your ans

Hi peeps! Just take a little break from all that cramming alright? now for some serious thinking... Well the CJC OPEN HOUSE is coming up and this is a wonderful opportunity to promote the MOST WANTED CJC GUITAR CLUB! Well, a cool club needs some fun people (which we all are *ahem*) to come up with some smashing ideas to bring all attention and people to ourselves. sounds like we going to have lotsa fun ya? ;D

So we can make use of technology (tagboard) to communicate your ideas ya?

key word: IDEAS

Note: Open house is on 8th october (sat)
Preparations will be done on 6th and 7th October (Marking end of Promos and CCA commencement)

Some basic things that we would carry out for the booth and which will require full strength of our members (yes, you.) is:

Signpost for booth
Compiling of past year's and recent pictures for display
Preparing an item for a mini concert performance (performing arts CCA to present)

Some ideas have also been brought forth:

Walking signpost
Street performance (pple stationed at various hotspots and attracting own audience)
Teaching basic guitar skills to people interested
Getting people to fill in survey form (juz to get their numbers, their level of interest, probality of coming to CJ and CJguitarclub etc)

Dutiful and enthu members of guitar club, all must Tag something ya?

You see, I have a problem, I don't know what to update about!

The OUTING. Okay, I should have been there earlier to join in the fun. I feel kind of stupid for reaching there so late and when I had to go off 1 hour later.

The J2s were UNENTHU. *sulks* *pouts* *whines* *sticks out tongue* ( and soon gets whacked by whoever for acting cute ) They left SO EARLY because Mr ex-president complained that prelims ( at that period of time ) was in less than 80 hours.

HAIYA *3-8 tone* 30 mins can die mehhhhh!!!! zhen shi de.

And what happened to our neoprint taking session?! =) *grins* A friend just showed me how they managed to squeeze 14 people into one neoprint machine. I bet with our witty brains we would be able to churn out some fabulous idea... in the future!

I AM NOT GOING TO SLEEPOVER AT FAR EAST! *groans* Boring boring place. The next gathering, after prelims+promos+A levels, we should have some barbecue/pot luck at the beach or something! Woo hoo! And then it would be highly highly romantic when the sun sets and when the stars are sparkling above our heads, we can strum our guitars and sing er... the school song or something =) Or maybe one kind soul would be able to bribe Su You Peng to join us during the occassion and Karen and I can take turns sharing him ^_^ WHOA. TERRIFIC. I'm starting to get excited!

Okay, I shall snap out of my fantasies and hit the books.
