since this place is so dead, i'll post something interesting.

1. ISSUES CONCERNING PAY RAISE
~Soldiers with Rolex watches and/or driving expensive cars to work obviously DO NOT need pay raise.
~Soldiers who find themselve running out of money and have problems making ends meet DO NOT need a pay raise. They need to learn how to budget for things.

2. ISSUES CONCERNING ANNUAL LEAVE
~With effect from today, the 14 days annual leave has been cancelled. In its place, soldiers will be given 104(One Hundred and Four) days annual leave. They shall be known as "Saturdays" and "Sundays".

3. ISSUES CONCERNING SICK LEAVE
~Medical Certificates, be it from private or government medical institutions, will NO LONGER be accepted.
~If you are well enough to go see a doctor, you are well enough to work.

4. ISSUES CONCERNING FUNERALS AND/OR DEATH OF NEXT-OF-KIN AND/OR FRIENDS
~Soldiers are NO LONGER allowed to take leave to conduct Funerals, as there is NOTHING you can do about the death since they are already gone.
~Such matters should be left to others who are not affected by work.
~In the event that soldiers have to conduct such activities, they are advised to do so only in the afternoon.
~Soldiers are welcomed to forgo their lunch-break to finish up their work so they can leave earlier in the afternoon.
